This patient had lost vertical dimension in her teeth due to grinding. We increased the length of the teeth, producing a dramatic improvement not only in her smile but also in her facial dimension. This procedure opened up her lower face in a way that made it more aesthetically pleasing. Notice in the side view, the drastic improvement and even decrease in the appearance of wrinkles.
